地元の契約農家の黄金千貫(芋)を黄金千貫(芋)を、皮や腐敗部分などの雑味になる部分を徹底的に落とすことに こだわられます。

金峰櫻井にくらべ、黒麹を多くブレンドいたしております。
のど越しの良さと心地よい、ほのかに甘みを感じます。 
飲み口の柔らかい焼酎です。本当に小さな蔵で、丹精込めて夫婦二人で、醸しだされた、芋焼酎です。

hey are committed to meticulously removing any impurities, such as peels or spoiled parts, from the locally sourced contract-farmed "Kogane Sengan" sweet potatoes. Their dedication lies in crafting an authentic, naturally-flavored sake in a small brewery.

Compared to "Kinpo Sakurai," they blend a higher proportion of black koji. This imparts a smooth and pleasant throat sensation, with a subtle sweetness that can be perceived.

It is a soft-textured shochu with an easy-drinking mouthfeel. Truly a labor of love, this sweet potato shochu is produced by a husband-and-wife team in their small brewery.
